After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Storage dates will be placed based on availability and goods purchased. As per local removals, office, interstate or international relocations, we will send your goods via truck or rail within 8-14 working days; however delivery will be dependent upon services booked and availability. Client will be advised of changes to delivery and given further information based upon their unique inquiries.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your storage purchase, we are able to refund services up to 48 hours after booking online. Please email us at operations@a2bremovals.com.au within the first 48 hours of booking online if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

All delivery and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods therefore we advise you to take out insurance.
